Eurobike 2017: We are ready to show up!

Spread the word!

Thanks to your support on our last crowd funding campaign, we’re going to attempt to the Eurobike show this week.  This year, the show added a Start-Ups category to their award program. As a growing project, we immediately applied. That’s an opportunity for us to introduce MTBNB to the mountain bike industry!

Why is MTBNB applying to the EUROBIKE AWARD?

More than 500 projects have been submitted to the Eurobike Award design prices, and we love the challenge. Considering that Eurobike opened a start-ups category to the show, we strongly think that we have to be there for many reasons.

First of all, your support convinced us that we are on something new and useful for the mountain bike community. As a young company, it’s also the opportunity to meet many mountain bike stakeholders. It’s not easy to have everyone at the same place every day.

You show us enthusiasm when we launched our beta version, and it’s a huge boost of motivation and confidence about winning an award! Now we just have to wait for the results on Wednesday.

Things to expect from 2017 Eurobike

The mountain bike industry constantly moves and brings exciting products to the public every year.

More long travel 29ers

If you missed the 2017 UCI MTB world cup, wheel size has been the hot topic of the season. Since the Syndicate popped out their new  29er V10,  wheels size seems to cause many heads scratches to riders, team manager, and bike engineers. We can obviously expect more long travel 29er this year at the Eurobike.

E-MTB madness and digital innovation

E-mountain bikes become more and more popular nowadays. We’ll not be surprised to see more companies jumping on the bandwagon this year. Besides that, we also hope to find innovative digital technologies as result of the progress of the Internet of things (iOT).

Smart ideas to keep mountain bike eco-friendly

Like every outdoor activity, mountain biking impacts the environment. Fortunately, many companies try to offer alternative products to reduce our ecological footprint. We can’t wait to see more of them!
